How to prepare the recipe of biscuit in easy steps

Generally, people and also especially children likes the biscuit very much and they like to eat biscuit along with the milk and the biscuits can be prepared by various flavors with crispy or puffy type. The biscuit can be prepared in various types of flavor such as the biscuit can be prepared using buttermilk or peanut or chocolate or cashew nut. The steps to prepare the easy biscuit recipe are very simple and the ingredients needed to prepare the buttermilk biscuit are:

  • Sugar
  • Buttermilk
  • Maida
  • Baking powder
  • Butter
  • Baking soda
  • flour

The procedure to prepare the buttermilk biscuit recipe is: first, you have to cut the butter into small pieces and using one large bow you have to add the Maida, sugar, baking soda and powder. Then you have to mix it well in the bowl until it combines finely and add the butter in the bowl and mix it well using hands. Add the butter milk in the mixture of the bowl and mix it well to prepare the dough where the dough needed for the biscuit is prepared. You have to roll the dough in the round shape and apply some dry flour over the dough and spread it equally on to the dough and make the dough into thickness. Then you can use the bowl or glass to cut the biscuit in proper shape and place the biscuit by cutting into small pieces and arrange the biscuit pieces in the baking tray separately. After making the biscuit arranged in the tray you have to apply the butter over the biscuit pieces using the brush and heat the biscuit at certain temperature in the oven. After 15 minutes you have to check whether the biscuit gets golden brown and remove from the tray and store it in the air tight container. You can enjoy eating the biscuit which is freshly made in the home which gives good taste and the suggestion in making the biscuit is if you use the salt butter then you should not add the salt in the biscuit.
